Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Account Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, bills, and invoices Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally /zoho books / accounting software Manage accounts receivable and payable Prepare GST returns, filing, and compliance Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role Good knowledge of Zoho BooksTally, GST, and MS Excel Understanding of basic accounting principles Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in construction / roofing / manufacturing industry Knowledge of income tax basics Ability to work independently
Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
