Job Description

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare invoices, bills, and follow up on payments Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage GST / VAT / TDS / Tax filings (as applicable) Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

CA Inter / CMA Inter / equivalent certification Experience in taxation and statutory compliance Industry-specific accounting experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
