Manage daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and reports.
Handle billing, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Assist in preparing monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
Monitor revenue collections, audit cash/credit transactions, and ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies.
Coordinate with the Front Office and F&B departments for daily sales summaries and reconciliation.
Support audits, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
