We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting entries and maintain general ledgers.
Prepare and process vendor invoices, payments, receipts, and journals.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor, and client accounts on a regular basis.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
Support in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors/CA and provide necessary documentation for audits.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Will Preferred first:
Experience in handling vendor/client reconciliations.
Exposure to international transactions and currency conversions (if applicable).
Experience in accounting software (Refrens).
