is a well-established garment manufacturing business that has been continuing legacy for 38 years. We are a family-managed business that specializes in manufacturing and wholesaling of high-quality western and ethnic garments for women.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data Entry and Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
Enter financial transactions into the accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and timely.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Monitoring accounts of job workers:

Monitor and manage accounts of job workers, ensuring timely invoicing and payment of job workers.
Process job workers invoices and manage accounts payable, coordinating with the manufacturing team.

Payroll Management:

Prepare and process weekly payroll for factory employees, including calculating overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and related matters.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including production related statements, inventory in and out and pcs flow statements.
Generate reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance and assist in making informed business decisions.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate entry of GST and TDS, and other tax-related returns as per Indian taxation regulations to assist the CA.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the inventory team to track and manage raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
Assist in reconciling physical inventory counts with system records.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for cost-saving opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.

Communication and Teamwork:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and management, to ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role, preferably within the garment manufacturing or textile industry. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Vastra) and MS Office suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with Indian taxation, GST, and TDS regulations. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
