Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our finance team at a leading Garment Export Factory in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, Advanced Excel, and working knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliations, and voucher entries.

? Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP
Handling sales, purchase & expense vouchers Performing bank reconciliations regularly Managing TDS and GST filings and related documentation Maintaining customer/vendor ledgers and supporting audit processes Preparing MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, etc.) Coordinating with CA firms and consultants for statutory compliance
? Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
Strong command over Tally and MS Excel Knowledge of GST, TDS, and export documentation Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred) Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
