Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to handle invoicing and day-to-day accounting tasks at our Jaipur office. The role requires hands-on experience in invoice preparation, maintaining records, and basic working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and generate invoices on time with accuracy.

Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payments in accounting systems.

Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Enter and maintain accounting data using Tally ERP and other accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.).

Assist in daily accounting operations and month-end processes.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for invoice and payment-related queries.

Maintain proper documentation and support the accounts department in audits and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (preferred).

Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP and familiarity with software like QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or other accounting platforms.

0-2 years of relevant work experience (Freshers with software knowledge can apply).

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,852.07 - ₹29,354.65 per month
