Handle day-to-day petty cash expenses and maintain records
Ensure proper approvals and vouchers for all petty cash disbursements
Prepare periodic petty cash reports for reconciliation
Purchase Invoice Entry:
Record vendor bills and purchase invoices accurately in accounting software
Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes
Coordinate with procurement and store departments for verification
Cheque Printing & Bank Payments:
Prepare and print cheques for vendor payments as per schedule
Ensure all payments are supported with required documentation
Maintain cheque issuance records and update ledger
General Accounting Support:
Assist in journal entries, expense booking, and monthly closings
Maintain and organize supporting documents for audit and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree
Experience:
2-4 years in accounting roles, preferably in real estate or construction industry
Skills:
Proficient in Tally / ERP / accounting software
Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
