The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in audits, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts, etc.).
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounts-related queries.
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial analysis as required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
