Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, vouchers, and entries. Maintain accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation. Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports. Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny. Support in finalization of accounts and audit-related documentation. Monitor expense records and ensure adherence to company policies. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors/consultants. Handle invoice preparation, billing, and timely follow-ups with clients. Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
