Job Description

Responsibilities: Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc Handling day-to-day accounting Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments Handling all banking-related works Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email Reading and preparing proposals/agreements and contracts. Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc, and keeping track of them Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibilities Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining the ledger, maintaining an account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities Handling petty cash Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws Desired Profile/Skills Required: Qualification- B. Com Proficient in managing accounting software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, influencing and planning skills Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics Good team player About Company: It is an independent architectural lighting design company in Mumbai with a team of architects and interior architects, working towards a beautiful lighting environment, and ambiance.
