In this full-time position, you'll keep client books tidy, handle daily accounting tasks, and chat directly with business owners to ensure smooth operations. You'll use tools like Tally or Excel to enter data, balance ledgers, prepare GST returns, and create simple reports they can easily understand.
You'll also assist with audits, tax calculations, and paperwork for MSME loans, while following up on payments and keeping clients updated. Expect to manage accounts for 20-30 small businesses, spotting issues early to make their lives easier.
You need a B.Com or M.Com with 1-3 years of experience, plus skills in Tally, advanced Excel, and the GST portal. Basic knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and taxes is essential.
