Maintain and update financial records (vouchers, ledgers, journals, etc.)
Manage day-to-day accounting entries including accounts payable/receivable, bank transactions, and petty cash
Assist in monthly closing processes and preparation of financial statements
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly
Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and support statutory compliance
Assist in audits (internal and external) with necessary documentation
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement tracking
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for payments and invoicing
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
