Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Handle
fee collection
, reconciliation, and defaulters' follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain
cash books

ledgers

journals

bank reconciliations
.
Generate
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
for management review.
Ensure compliance with CBSE, state education board, and government
statutory requirements
(GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in preparing school
budgets

forecasting

variance analysis

Manage payroll processing for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Coordinate with
auditors
, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Handle procurement billing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce

Accounting
, or a related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred).
2-5 years
of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution.
Proficient in
