We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts Executive

to join our growing team at a reputed

Maruti Suzuki Dealership

Job Role: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries following dealership accounting standards. Handle

cash book, bank reconciliation, ledger posting, and journal entries

. Prepare and manage

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

documentation. Process

sales invoices, purchase bills, and receipt/payment vouchers

. Monitor

receivables & payables

and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with the

sales, service, and spare parts departments

for accounting-related tasks. Assist in monthly

closing, financial reports, and MIS statements

. Ensure accurate handling of

petty cash

and daily cash settlements. Support external/internal

audits

with required documentation. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

. 1-3 years of experience in accounting (automobile dealership experience preferred). Proficiency in

Tally ERP / DMS / MS Excel

. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
