Job Description

An Accounts Executive manages financial transactions and client relationships, performing duties like handling accounts payable/receivable, assisting with budgets, and ensuring financial compliance. In sales or client-facing roles, they focus on building relationships, finding new business, and managing client projects. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating with teams, tracking deadlines, and meeting sales targets. Core responsibilities

Financial Management:

Oversee daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as a point of contact for clients, build and maintain relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:

Prospect for new clients, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into new customers.

Project Coordination:

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking; coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Reporting and Compliance:

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; prepare financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Essential skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Excel and accounting or CRM system
