Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Male Accounts Executive

to join our accounts and finance team in Aluva. The ideal candidate should have

1 to 2 years of experience

in accounting and hands-on knowledge of

SAP and Tally.

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting entries, supporting audits and maintaining accurate financial records under the guidance of the Accounts Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting transactions(purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries etc) Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents. Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Generate reports from

SAP and Tally

as required. Support GST, TDS and other statutory filing processes.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation.

Assist in periodic closing and audit preparations.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce(B. Com) or related field.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of accounting experience in a similar role

Skills:

Working knowledge of

Tally

and

SAP

(mandatory) Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry. Attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills. Good communication and coordination ability.

Location Preference:

Candidates from

Aluva or nearby areas

preferred.

What we offer:

Salary: Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month(based on experience and skills). A professional and supportive work environment. Opportunity to learn and grow within the organization.
