Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
Prepare invoices, manage GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure statutory compliance
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow up with customers and vendors
Assist with financial reporting, MIS reports, and bank reconciliations
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement tracking
Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement with the stores team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with ERP systems like ERPNext is a plus
