Executive - Finance & Accounts

Reports To:

Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

day-to-day accounting entries

including sales, purchase, expenses, and journal vouchers. Assist in

accounts payable and receivable

processing, vendor reconciliation, and follow-ups. Support in

bank reconciliation, petty cash, and cash flow statements

. Maintain

general ledger, trial balance, and supporting schedules

. Assist in preparation of

monthly/quarterly financial statements

. Coordinate with auditors for

statutory, internal, and tax audits

. Prepare and maintain

GST, TDS, and other tax-related records

. Generate

MIS reports

for management and provide data support when required. Ensure

compliance with accounting standards

and company policies. Support the finance team in

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CA Inter / CA Dropout / B.Com / M.Com graduate

(CA background preferred).

0-2 years

of experience in accounts/finance (freshers with CA Inter can apply). Good knowledge of

Accounting Standards, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel

. Familiarity with

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience with

ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle)

. Basic knowledge of

Power BI / MIS reporting

. Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹19,396.72 - ₹38,497.52 per month
