Job Description

1. Verification of bills i.e. GST detail company detail on bill. 2. Checking of supporting documents i.e. Indent, Stock Register, PO / WO etc. 3. Entries of purchase and direct expenses and other expenses on daily basis after ensuring physical receiving of material 4. Information of debit to be share with site and plant bill wise on daily basis with supporting documents and entry to be pass in system 5. Daily reporting of expenses booked and handed over for payments. 6. Sending of Bills of purchase and expenses on every 3rd day with all supporting documents and stock de 7. Tails for payment. 7. Verification of indent received for material issue. 8. Pass issue entry in books after verification. 9. Reconciliation of physical stock balance in hand as per books and stock register every week and send report to HO for Physical stock reconciliation. 10 . Weekly physical verification and reporting thereof. 11. Proper classification of stock in books, i.e. consumables, fixed assets etc. 12. Maintenance of proper records related to stock i.e. stock register, physical. Verification etc. 13. Ensure store is in clean condition and all spare, consumables are laying at their place, no any item is lying at loose in store. 14. Analysis of monthly consumption of stock and maintain stock re order level. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 922,000.00 per month Benefits:
