Handle fabric and garment bill booking on a regular basis
Maintain and manage General Ledger (GL) entries
Perform reconciliation of vendor and party accounts, especially fabric suppliers
Prepare and manage weekly payment schedules
Coordinate daily with the fabric store team for bill verification and stock-related queries
Issue Debit Notes whenever required
Conduct fabric party reconciliation and confirm balances with vendors
Support miscellaneous accounting work as assigned
Requirements:
B.Com Graduate
3-4 years of accounting experience in the garment/textile industry
Strong knowledge of bill booking, reconciliation, and GL accounting
Hands-on experience with Zoho Accounting Software (preferred)
