Accounts Executive Location: Gurgaon Experience: 1-2 Years Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance Joining: Within 15 Days About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring sound knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and reconciliation practices, along with proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Key Responsibilities o Manage and record vendor invoices, payments, and related reconciliations. o Assist in TDS and GST computations, return preparation, and filings. o Support general accounting activities, including journal entries, ledgers, and monthly closing. o Ensure compliance with statutory and internal control requirements. o Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for data and reports. o Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions. Qualifications & Skills o Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) o Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or finance role o Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and taxation basics o Excellent reconciliation and analytical abilities o Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools o Effective communication skills and professional demeanor Preferred Candidate o Currently based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate. o Self-motivated, organized, and committed to meeting deadlines. o Keen interest in growing within a structured finance and compliance framework. o Why Join Us o Professional Growth: Structured learning and mentorship support.
