Job Title: Account Executive

Location: sector 11 Faridabad

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience Required: 2-5 years (Construction industry preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting and finance activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of TDS, GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), vendor payments, payroll processing, and ESI/PF filing.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time.

Ensure proper TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly returns.

Handle vendor invoices, ensure proper documentation, and make timely vendor payments.

Process employee salaries and ensure compliance with ESI and PF regulations.

Upload ESI/PF challans and returns on the respective portals.

Assist in project-wise expense tracking and reporting.

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers periodically.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and tax assessments.

Maintain compliance with all statutory financial regulations related to construction accounting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction sector.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and online portals for GST, TDS, ESI, and PF.

Knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS returns is mandatory.

Hands-on experience in salary processing and statutory deductions.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with construction project accounting.

Familiarity with government portals: GSTN, TRACES, EPFO, and ESIC.

Ability to handle multiple sites/projects accounting simultaneously.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
