Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process vendor invoices, follow up on receivables, and ensure timely payments and collections.
GST & TDS Compliance:
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.
Bank Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally or other accounting software.
MIS Reporting:
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Audit Support:
Assist with internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Vendor & Expense Management:
Track and verify business expenses and coordinate with vendors for account settlements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar accounts role, preferably in FMCG or D2C sector.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
