Premier Healthcare Industries is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales and purchase invoicing, ledger maintenance, e-way bills, and accurate accounting entries using Tally.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and process
sales invoices
and
purchase invoices
Generate and manage
E-way bills
in compliance with GST norms
Record and maintain
bill entries
accurately in Tally
Maintain
ledgers
, vouchers, and day-to-day accounting records
Reconcile
sales, purchases, and ledger accounts
Assist in
GST-related documentation
and basic compliance support
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice accuracy and documentation
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of invoices and accounts data
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of
Tally ERP
Understanding of
sales & purchase accounting
Basic knowledge of
GST and e-way bills
Good command over
ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
