Role Overview

The Manager - Accounts / Accounts Executive will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and lead a team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

Tally

and other accounting tools. Supervise and guide the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle

GST, Income Tax, and ROC filings

with precision and compliance. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations. Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines and reporting requirements. Provide strategic inputs to management on financial planning and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

of relevant work experience in accounting and compliance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally

and accounting principles. Strong knowledge of

GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance

.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
