Required Freshers & Experienced Bcom with tally knowledge

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to join our team at

Hari Balakrishna Automobiles

, an authorized dealer of

Eicher

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

Tally Prime

and possess a good working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions in

Tally Prime

. Handle

purchase, sales, receipts, and payments

entries. Prepare and maintain

invoices, ledgers, and vouchers

. Assist in

bank reconciliation

and daily cash balance reports. Support the

monthly and yearly closing

of accounts. Generate

financial reports and statements

as required by management. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally Prime

accounting software. Basic to intermediate knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

(Formulas, Data Entry, and Formatting). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Any Degree

in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com or M.Com preferred).

1-2 years

of experience in accounting (freshers with good Tally knowledge can also apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
