Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts for real estate projects
Record day-to-day transactions, journal entries, and ledger accounts
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Track client payments, installment schedules, and advances
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors during audits and financial reviews
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, bills, and expenses
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
