Manage Accounts Payables and Receivables - Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding balances.
Bank Reconciliation (BRS) - Prepare and verify daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Handle Foreign Currency Transactions - Manage inward and outward remittances, exchange rate accounting, and coordinate with banks for forex settlements.
Export Documentation - Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, shipping and banking documents (LC, TT, SWIFT) in compliance with FEMA and RBI guidelines.
Financial Reporting Support - Assist in monthly closing, maintain ledgers, and provide data for management reports and statutory audits.
Responsible for updating data in Tally and ZOHO on a daily basis
