About the Role

We are seeking an

Accounts Executive

for our Electric Two Wheeler Showroom in Baner, Pune. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling showroom-related financial transactions, and supporting compliance requirements. Candidates with prior experience in the

automobile or dealership sector

will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including

billing, receipts, payments, and reconciliation

Handle

accounts receivable and accounts payable

processes Prepare and maintain

cash book, sales register, and expense reports

Support

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

in coordination with senior accounts team Assist in preparation of

monthly/quarterly financial statements and balance sheet

Coordinate with showroom sales and service teams for financial accuracy Work with auditors, banks, and vendors for smooth operations Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

1-8 years of experience as an

Accounts Executive / Accountant

(automobile showroom experience preferred) Strong knowledge of

Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

Familiarity with

GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Ability to handle

billing, cash flow, and reconciliation

independently Good communication and coordination skills Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts)
