Handle daily accounting activities such as managing payables/receivables, preparing bills, and generating invoices.
Create, update, and maintain various financial statements and documentation.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify accuracy across all ledgers.
Support the finance team during monthly and annual closing procedures.
Keep well-organized records to meet audit and compliance requirements.
Use Excel for data interpretation, financial analysis, and preparing reports.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure proper budgeting and financial planning.
Oversee petty cash transactions and verify employee expense reimbursements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related specialization.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Executive or similar finance role.
Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
