Automation products, lighting controls, A/V systems and other
controllable/automation products to high end Hospitality, Residential and
Corporate clients. Our clients include Some of India's top business leaders, celebrities, Five Star, Hotel Chains, Architects, Interior designers, Engineering consultants, and
corporate offices.
Requirements
:
Managing day to day Accounting activities of the company.
Making accounting reports on Tally
Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
Handling petty Cash Records.
Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax
Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
Raising daily invoices/Invoice Challan and Performa entries, , purchase orders, bank reconciliation
Taking follow up on vendor payments and outstanding payments
Working on TDS and GST calculations (Mandatory)
Keeping the records of bank entries, purchase invoices etc.
Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
Good Communication skills with the knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
