Manage overall branch accounts and ensure accurate and timely entries.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
Record and reconcile receipt entries from clients and customers.
Coordinate with HO (Head Office) accounts for monthly closing and reporting.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other accounting records.
Support budgeting and expense tracking for the branch.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
