We are a growing organization seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and maintain our financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, proficiency in Zoho Books, and a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and invoicing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage company funds with accuracy and integrity.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices.
Manage GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.
Calculate and manage TDS deductions, deposits, and related compliance.
Work on Zoho Books for accounting, invoicing, and record-keeping.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support in audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on receivables.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting and financial management (minimum 1 year)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Zoho books
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
