We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Account Executive
to manage financial transactions and support the accounting operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will handle billing, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. They will also coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of customer invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and expense statements.
Reconcile bank statements and showroom accounts.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding dues.
Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
Support internal and external audits.
Collaborate with showroom staff for inventory and billing coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-3 years of accounting experience (retail/showroom preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
