The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations of the hospital, including billing, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The role ensures accuracy in financial transactions, compliance with hospital policies, and supports the finance department in audits and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day financial records and ledgers. Handle patient billing, collection, and reconciliation of accounts. Prepare and process invoices,
payment vouchers, and receipts. Manage vendor payments, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance. Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up for payments. Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash book entries.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and hospital information
Qualification:Bcom/M.com
Should have the knowledge of Tally and GST
