to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and payment processes for our construction projects. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely payments, and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle bookkeeping for project expenses and company accounts.
Prepare and process supplier/vendor payments on time.
Assist in reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate ledgers.
Coordinate with project teams for expense approvals and documentation.
Track project budgets and expenditures.
Generate simple financial reports as required.
Support senior accounts staff in audits and financial compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel, accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
