JOB OPENINGS FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE CHINNAMANUR !!

Experience: 3 years in Accounts, GST Filing, Taxation

Time: 8.30 to 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6.00 pm

LOCATION: Pusanampatti, Chinnamanur

Gender: Male/Female(Married preferable)

Payscale: 12k to 15k ( Based on Experience)

Core responsibilities

GST & Taxation

Responsible to maintain overall accounts of our premises.

Responsible to coordinate with Auditor related to TDS & GST Filing .

Invoice generation: Create and send accurate invoices to customers based on products or services rendered.

Payment processing: Receive, record, and track incoming payments from clients using accounting software.

Accounts receivable management: Monitor and manage customer accounts, update balances, and ensure timely payment.

Client communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and send payment reminders.

Discrepancy resolution: Investigate and resolve billing errors, missing payments, and other inconsistencies.

Reporting and analysis: Prepare periodic financial reports, track income and expenses, and assist with financial analysis to improve cash flow.

Record-keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing and payment-related transactions.
