Job Description

We rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our accounts payable team to tracking, Validating, recording payments in an accurate, efficient, managing cash flow, and paying vendors and suppliers in timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day and on-going impact on financial transactions. Objectives of this Role

• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.

• Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment.

• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.

• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.

• Execute credit card and account reconciliation.

• Generate purchase orders as necessary.

• Print and obtain signatures on all checks.

• Assist senior financial officers as needed.

Skills

• Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

• Superb time management and detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to keep company records properly and confident.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.com or M.com degree.

• Minimum two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable).

• Strong mathematical skills

• Experience with ERP accounting software and online platforms.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
