Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting with financial analysis. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory filings

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial controls and procedures are in place
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned
