Role and Responsibilities:1, Preparing Profit and Loss A/c Details and Cash Flow Statement (Using Tally ERP 9).2, Maintaining and Reporting the status of funds3, Monthly closing for MIS Purpose.4, Handling Cash and Bank Books and updating day to day transactions.5, Maintaining Invoice Book Keeping.6, Preparation of Bank, GL and Vendor Reconciliation.7, Accounting Fixed Assets (Accounting, payment preparing and updating in tally).8, Maintaining reimbursement of employees.9, Monitoring day to day banking activities, petty cash management.10, Handling Payments to vendor .11, Monthly book closure, Provision/Prepaid Expenses entries and maintain its reconciliation,Specific Areas of Understanding Required:1, Tracking and Payment to Telephone and internet bills, Admin vendor payments,2. Preparation of receivable report twice in a month to support sales team for collection.3. Preparation of payable report on weekly basis to make payment on due date4. HLM Payment Outstanding status,5. Price Revision against products.6. Payment releaseMonitoring Requirements1. Purchase invoices2. Sales invoices3. Revenue shares4.
