Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify potential clients through research and networking, establishing strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing client information, and generating reports for performance analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Lead presentations and negotiations with clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
