We are hiring Accounts Executive

Location - Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Exp - 2-5yrs

Salary - 20k - 30k

Qualification - B.com/M.com

Manage all accounting transactions.

? Manage sales sheets , pending sales orders list , preparing sales reports , sales order, invoices and maintaining all sales orders on google sheet .

? Ensure timely bank payments.

? Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

? Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

? Audit financial transactions and documents.

? Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

? Understand and explain basic specifications to prepare technical proposals.

? Hands-on experience with accounting software like tally .

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, goggle sheets )

? Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

? Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

? Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.)

? Experience with general ledger functions.

? Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
