Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
Australian bookkeeping
and accounting tasks
Prepare
bank, credit card & ledger reconciliations
Support BAS, reporting, and compliance tasks
Maintain accurate financial records in
Xero
and
QuickBooks
Assist with month-end closing and documentation
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
Requirements
Minimum
2 years
of Australian accounting experience
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliations
Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks
(mandatory)
Knowledge of
MYOB
is an added advantage
Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable
