Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare sales, purchase, and expense records
Reconcile bank statements and cash books
Assist in GST compliance (returns, invoices, reconciliation)
Support preparation of financial reports and MIS
Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and statutory filings
Track payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and manage vendor payments
Assistant to Director Responsibilities
Manage Director's schedule, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries for review
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely execution
Assist in business planning, documentation, and correspondence
Support travel planning, meeting notes, and action items
