Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify and prospect new clients (cold calling, networking).
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential buyers.
Negotiate contracts and secure new business.
Develop business plans, strategies, and sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Handle client complaints, issues, and provide support.
Internal Coordination & Project Management:
Liaise with internal teams (creative, digital, support) to deliver on client needs.
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and tracking delivery.
Prepare briefs, reports, meeting notes, and track progress.
Data & Market Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Use data to inform sales strategies and set targets.
