Job Description

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Accounts Executive (AR/AP & Zoho Books) for a MNC client based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts Receivable (AR):



? Generate and send invoices to clients using Zoho Books and Zoho billings

? Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up promptly.

? Apply receipts against invoices, ensure correct allocation, and reconcile AR balances.

? Maintain ageing reports and highlight high-risk receivables.

? Coordinate with sales/business teams on billing disputes or payment terms.

Accounts Payable (AP):



? Process vendor bills, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely booking in Zoho Books.

? Schedule vendor payments as per credit terms and cash flow requirements.

? Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

? Maintain accurate records of advances, prepaid expenses, and recurring bills.

? Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory deductions while processing payments.

Zoho Books & General Accounting:



? Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities on Zoho Books (bank reconciliation, journal entries, adjustments).

? Automate workflows for invoicing, approvals, and reminders within Zoho Books

? Generate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP ageing).

? Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

? Coordinate with auditors for data and reports from Zoho Books. KPIs / Success Metrics

? Timely invoicing & collections (DSO reduction).

? On-time vendor payments (avoiding penalties/interest).

? Accuracy of books & reconciliations.

? Effective use of Zoho Books automation and reporting

Qualification

:

? Minimum 3 years of articleship experience under a reputable CA Firm

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

? CA inter are preferred

? Proven experience in accounting, tax compliance

?

Articleship experience is mandatory.
