About Logitrade:
You will be a part of a 20-member team. You are required to build and sustain a strong & reliable relationship with the clients with your proactive communication and close coordination with other teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Verify, audit and keep detailed records of : Hours of service / log books , Driver's payroll, Fuel/vendor invoices.
Generating invoices and account statements.
Answering incoming calls and managing proper payroll for drivers.
Maintaining accounts files and records.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
All other related tasks & assistances where required.
Data entry & auditing.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate with min. 1 year of experience mandatory.
Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.
Proficient with advance MS- Excel and MS- Outlook.
Must have experience in Accounts field.
