Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Passing accounting entries like receipts and payments
- Generating the outstanding payment reports - Reconciliation of bank statements and resolve open items
- Liasoning with banks as per requirement Responsible for tracking daily fund positions and generate cash flow reports
- Tracking of bank fund based and non-fund based limits on a daily basis and reporting the same
- Keeping track of secured loans, repayment schedules and interests - Validating bank charges and accounting the same
- Forex fluctuations for import and export transactions
- Director conveyance payment
- Vendor Bill booking and MIS report and support in audits
- Advanced Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Tally
- SAP/ERP
- Result Oriented approach is expected keeping deadlines in mind
- Must be Self Driven and one who requires minimum supervision
- Should be excellent at stakeholder management (Auditor, Other Dept, Banks, Rating Agency, Consultants etc)
- Possess good knowledge of accounting standard /IND AS
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
