Accounting, Payroll, and Compliance

(Preferably handling

Singapore & Malaysia

)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Your Role Will Include:

Accounting & Payroll Management

Full-set accounts for

Singapore & Malaysia

using

NAV Dynamics 365

Payroll processing, statutory filings (

CPF, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS

) Cash flow, AR/AP, bank reconciliation

Financial Planning & Analysis

Monthly/Quarterly financial reporting via

Power BI

Budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Identifying cost-saving & efficiency opportunities

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure regulatory compliance (

ACRA, IRAS, LHDN, etc.

) Maintain documentation & audit readiness Support HR compliance and internal controls

Strategic Planning & Advisory

Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions Analyze KPIs, deliver insights, drive improvements

System & Tools Management

NAV Dynamics 365, Zoho People, Power BI, Excel Lead automation & workflow optimization

Typical Work Flow:

Daily:

Monitor dashboards, approve payments, respond to HR/admin requests

Weekly:

Process payroll, review timesheets, update records

Monthly:

Account closing, compliance filings, dashboard reporting

Work With:

Internal: Senior Management, HR, Ops
External: Auditors, Tax Agents, Statutory Bodies
